Matching colors to your backgrounds is a must!

As a wedding photographer I am constantly challenged to find new and different backgrounds. It seems so many people are in search of grand scenic backgrounds. Often these backgrounds have very little to do with the colors in the wedding. I’m a big fan of keeping it simple. Briana’s skin tones and flower in her hair worked so well with the window in her hotel room. I couldn’t pass it up. The shot by the purple doors was completely random. We were at the end of our shoot and walked right passed them. I took a second glance and we had to shoot there. Again, I think the colors really work for Gary and Briana. What do you think?
