Chances are good you have walked past the Chicago History Museum a hundred times and not given it much thought. The west side of the building is fairly unassuming, but when you get to the back it’s an entirely different story. The back or east side of the building opens up to massive pillars, a ton of steps and a huge concrete area surrounded by a park. During the day you get more of the park feel, but as night falls you really start to feel like you’re back in the city. These are a few images from Kate and Ryan’s reception this summer at the Chicago History Museum.
