Kate and Ted are still on their honeymoon in France, but I couldn’t wait to share their movie. Thanks to Chrissy, a Chicago Wedding Planner @ Big City Bride for a flawless schedule. We had a lot of time to enjoy the city after the ceremony.

Kennedy just turned 6 months in the beginning of May. Look at those eyes! They just jump out of the pictures. Thanks for having me over to the house Lesley.
A lot of people think their home is not made for great photography backgrounds. All of these images were taken on a small Chicago front porch!

I had a few shoots in the city yesterday so I crashed at Cali’s (sister-in-law) house the night before. I took a few shots of Sam and Luke before I started the day. Sammy is 7 days old in these and Luke is a little over 2!

Callan is a big boy. Can you believe he’s only 6 months. Susan (mom) is a great friend. It was great to see John playing piano for Callan. He was mesmerized by it. Callan was a bit hungry mid shoot, so we improvised. Thanks for the invite to shoot at your house!

What a great Sunday afternoon for a shoot. We started at David and Jen’s new house and worked our way through the city. I was definitely grateful for the Starbucks stop!

A few of our locations include:
Adler Planetarium – The Chicago Skyline view is one of the best in the city.
Shedd Aquarium – The steps out front and around the back make for an interesting background
Michigan Avenue – What could be better than shooting on Michigan Ave in Chicago?
